The Delaware State track & field program under the direction of first-year head coach Damion Drummond opened the indoor portion of its 2015-16 season with numerous Hornets registering top finishes in Saturday's UMES Lid-Lifter College Open.

Over the course of the 2015 season, which was the first for head coach Damion Drummond, the Delaware State cross country program competed in six meets.
